| NFL betting lines are often are affected by injuries, and this week, there are a few important injuries to watch out for.
Drew Brees, New Orleans
The report is that Brees has been playing with a torn meniscus, which could explain why he hasn't been himself this season. This means Carolina has to put pressure on him to make Brees move around in the pocket.
Donald Driver, Green Bay
The veteran receiver definitely won't play in this game, which robs Aaron Rodgers of yet another target. The Packers' offense has suffered a few big injuries this year, but Driver has always been a great security blanket.
Austin Collie, Indianapolis
Speaking of injuries, the Colts have been hit hard, and they'll hope to have Collie back in the lineup after a hand injury, and with Anthony Gonzalez being unable to practice, Indy needs all the weapons they can get for a trip to Philadelphia.
Gerald McCoy, Tampa Bay
Atlanta may try to attack the Bucs' interior defense if McCoy, who couldn't practice because of an ailing neck, can't play this week. The rookie defensive tackle has been great so far this year, and losing him would hurt their NFL betting chances this week.
Osi Umeniyora, New York Giants
Umeniyora has been at the center of a resurgent New York pass rush, but he didn't practice because of an ailing knee. The Giants could just be trying to be careful as he had knee surgery a couple of years ago, but Seattle's online sports betting odds go up if he can't go. |

| Those who do NFL betting online will have another busy weekend as we're about halfway through the season now, which means the intensity is about to go up a notch.
Dolphins Ravens Betting - Sunday, November 7th, 1:00 PM ET
The Ravens will host the Dolphins, who have played two in a row against AFC North teams and would be going for a third straight victory if not for a poor call against Pittsburgh. However, they're facing a Baltimore team who is rested after a bye.
Colts Eagles Betting - Sunday, November 7th, 4:15 PM ET
The Eagles are also coming off a bye week, and they should have Michael Vick back in the lineup. The Colts play Monday night at home against Houston before heading to Philadelphia,
and they've had their share of injuries in the last couple of weeks.
Chiefs Raiders Betting - Sunday, November 7th, 4:15 PM ET
Hands up if you figured this game would be for the AFC West at the beginning of the season. The Raiders are on a roll, coming off demolitions of Denver and Seattle, while the Chiefs were taken to overtime by Buffalo before pulling out a win.
Steelers Bengals Betting - Monday, November 8th, 8:30 PM ET
In the Monday nighter, the Steelers are looking to bounce back from a tough loss in New Orleans, while the Bengals have now lost four in a row and are the most disappointing team in the league that aren't from Dallas. The Steelers are great in Cincinnati, which is why they'll likely be the betting favorites in this game. |

| NFL football betting players should be in for another exciting week as Week 8 holds a few matchups worth keeping an eye on in your sportsbook.
Dolphins Bengals Betting - Sunday, 1:00 PM ET
The Bengals may not be favored at home as they've been one of the biggest disappointments of the season so far at 2-4, while the Dolphins are 4-2, and probably should be 5-1 if not for a tough call going against them last week against Pittsburgh.
Packers Jets Betting - Sunday, 1:00 PM ET
The Jets should be favored at home coming off a bye, but the Packers will be jacked up after beating Brett Favre and the Vikings last week at Lambeau. Many figured these two would be in the running for the Super Bowl, so this should be a good one.
Steelers Saints Betting - Sunday, 8:20 PM ET
The NFL football betting line for this game will be closer than people think after the Saints fell on their face at home against Cleveland on Sunday, while the Steelers had some problems with the Dolphins and are still getting used to having Ben Roethlisberger back. These two have won the last two Super Bowls, so look for a show on Sunday night.
Texans Colts Betting - Monday, 8:30 PM ET
Revenge and division bragging rights are at stake as the Texans beat the Colts in the first game of the season. The Colts are banged up right now, but they'll be eager to show they're still the kings of the AFC South. Both teams are coming off a bye, so expect a great game if you bet sports |

| NFL betting players should be all warmed up now that we're into the seventh week of the season, and there are four excellent games for players to keep their eye on.
Steelers Dolphins Betting - Sunday, 1:00 PM ET
The Dolphins should be a much stiffer test for Ben Roethlisberger, who led Pittsburgh to a dominating win over Cleveland in his return from suspension, while Miami scratched out a tough overtime win in Green Bay. The Dolphins want to show they can hang with the big boys of the AFC, and this is their shot.
Patriots Chargers Betting - Sunday, 4:15 PM ET
Speaking of AFC big boys, the Patriots keep on winning as they edged Baltimore at home in overtime, while the Chargers fell in St. Louis and are in serious danger of falling out of the postseason race already.
Vikings Packers Betting - Sunday, 8:20 PM ET
This will be the most-discussed game for a few reasons: the Vikings managed to beat Dallas, while the Packers fell to the Dolphins. Brett Favre was a beast in his return to Lambeau Field last year, but he's been far from that in 2010, and this is a great chance for Aaron Rodgers' revenge.
Cowboys Giants Betting - Monday, 8:30 PM ET
The Cowboys' season could very well be over after losing to Minnesota, so look for them to come out and play a relaxed game against the NFC East leaders from New York, who beat Detroit last year. Anything can happen when the NFC East teams get together, and betting players always have a hard time with these games. |
